We are currently interviewing for a Sous Chef position.  This person will be working side by side with the Chef/Owner who has decades of experience, including working at and running multiple Michelin star restaurants; worked under multiple James Beard Award winning and Michelin starred chefs, including Jose Andres, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, and Phillip Foss
