The position of a Sous Chef to help the exec chef to maintain an excellent standard of service at a multi outlet food Site near Grantham. As Sous Chef you will assist in overseeing the food and kitchen operations for dining areas offering different cuisines, atmospheres and interiors, ranging from fine dining in the brasserie, family friendly rustic burgers and grills and a Café that also serves afternoon teas. Each food outlet share in common a level of pride taken in providing quality service whilst championing seasonal ingredients from both local suppliers and home grown.
