The ideal candidate will combine strong technical ability with leadership skills, reliability, and a passion for culinary excellence at one of the flagship restaurants in Parkhurst or Bryanston, Johannesburg. The group operates three distinct concepts: a Greek restaurant, a premium steakhouse, and an Italian eatery – each reflecting a diverse culinary identity and high standards.
