Key Responsibilities: Support and lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef Guide and mentor junior chefs in food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish Manage stock, ingredients, and ensure a strict FIFO system is maintained Monitor food quality, freshness, presentation, and correct temperatures at all times Ensure all kitchen stations are well-stocked and prepared for service Assist with menu planning and development alongside the Head Chef Train, assess, and develop kitchen staff on an ongoing basis Manage food o...
