We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen within a high-end coastal hotel and spa in Falmouth on a temporary basis.

Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operationsLead service and ensure high standards of food quality and presentationAssist with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastageMaintain food hygiene and health & safety standardsSupervise and support junior team membersRequirements
