The Arts Club Dubai located in the heart of DIFC offers a luxury setting for members. The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in delivering top‑quality cuisine and managing the kitchen as an independent profit centre.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with running the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre in line with the outlet’s operating concept and performance standards, ensuring maximum member satisfaction and deputising in his/her absence.
- Create and produce high‑quality daily and seasonal food items and assist the Executive Chef in developing and changing menus according to outlet operations, market trends and business goals.
- Conduct regular demonstrations of existing or new dishes.
- Ensure the kitchen is managed efficiently and professionally, with all sections prepared and ready for service at each meal period.
