Position Overview
Adecco is currently seeking a Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 years of food production and culinary management experience. This role is a for a Market/Bakery that provides hundreds of scratch-made dishes. The Sous Chef would be responsible for the following:
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coach, manage, and evaluate the performance of back of house hourly team members
+ Actively manage and participate in large volume food production in a fast-paced environment, and when necessary, operate in any food preparation station in the kitchen
+ Maintain safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with local health department requirements, frequently inspecting kitchen to ensure staff compliance
+ Establish quality and food production controls to minimize food and supply waste
+ Adhere to company recipes to ensure quality of foods produced
