Sous Chef – Continental | Café Brie
Location: Lahore
Restaurant: Café Brie
Job Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Control food costs, wastage, and inventory.
Train junior chefs and kitchen staff to enhance team performance and ensure all dishes meet Restaurant quality standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in continental cuisine.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food costing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
