Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef - Burgers to support kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food preparation and service standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in burger concepts, kitchen supervision, team management, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities - Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff during food preparation and service.
- Ensure all burgers, sandwiches, and related menu items are prepared according to brand recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, portion control, and consistency.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times.
- Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering processes.
