We are seeking a thoughtful, organized, and motivated Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team. This role is deeply involved in daily operations, menu development, systems organization, staff mentorship, and maintaining a positive, professional kitchen culture.
We are looking for someone excited to grow with the company and take ownership within a collaborative and ambitious kitchen environment.
This position works closely with our culinary leadership team and purveyors, with menus heavily guided by seasonality, product availability, and thoughtful sourcing throughout the year.
