Sous Chef
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will co-lead the kitchen at a brand new premium dining restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role with real ownership: you will shape the menu, build the brigade and set the standard for service from day one. As a Sous duties will involve:
• Leading daily kitchen operations and driving consistent service execution
• Contributing to menu design, costings and culinary direction
• Recruiting, onboarding and developing the kitchen brigade
• Managing rostering to maintain a structured, balanced team
• Driving succession planning and career growth within the kitchen
Skills & Experience
• Proven Sous Chef or senior Chef de Partie experience in a premium restaurant
