Sous Chef – Luxury Hotel, Spa & Estate (Near St Austell)
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a stunning hotel, spa, and country estate set within 43 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside near St Austell.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established, supportive kitchen where quality, creativity, and fresh local produce are at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key leadership role in a fast-paced, fresh food environment. You’ll support the Head Chef in delivering consistently high standards across service, while helping to lead and inspire the team.
You’ll also take responsibility for running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, so confidence and calm leadership are essential.
