**Job Description**
**Sous Chef-11 West Private Unit-Mount Sinai Hospital-Full Time, Day Shift**
Responsible for the supervision and preparation of food items to ensure optimum flavor, texture, appearance, temperature and nutritional value for patients, patrons and catering guests. Ensures proper food handling and sanitary procedures in accordance with health standards
**Qualifications**
+ HS/GED
+ Food preparation experience with at least one year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
