Job Overview

Position: Sourcing Specialist (Hybrid possible).

Location: Zone 10 Guatemala.

Base salary: 6500Q + Attendance bonus 600Q.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Includes one hour lunch and two 15‑minute breaks.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in sourcing or customer service in a call center.
• English C1 proficiency.
• Experience driving ATS.

Responsibilities

• Talent sourcing and screening: conduct thorough screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates; use phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit; build/update comprehensive candidate profiles in Bullhorn.
• Proactive recruiting: use external sites to source and attract potential candidates; actively recruit talent by leveraging free state or local job sites; use the ATS (Bullhorn) to source and reactivate talent in our database....
