Job Purpose:

The role operates within the Strategic Sourcing function, reporting to the Senior Manager: Strategic Sourcing. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and executing allocated sourcing initiatives of moderate to intermediate complexity across assigned categories, ensuring commercial discipline, governance compliance, stakeholder engagement and value delivery. The role works with stakeholders across Hollard Insurance, Hollard Life Assurance, ROA and related subsidiaries to support RFx processes, supplier engagements, commercial reviews, contract renewals, supplier governance activities and sourcing recommendations. Complex, high-risk, non-standard or contentious matters are escalated to the Senior Manager: Strategic Sourcing for guidance, review and decision-making.
