**Main Responsibilities**
This position will manage data, and requisitions in Peoplesoft & Coupa (ERP/finance/purchasing system) as well as assist in the creation of contracts in collaboration with category managers and legal in COUPA to ensure validity and accuracy of information entered.
Using ServiceNow.
The position executes all help desk requests for a given region and follows all defined procedures through the signature of the contract and dispatch of the PO.
Directly support and interact with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Internal Customers Globally.
In addition, the person may support special projects as required.
Main Responsibilities
- Reviews the content of requisitions, triggers appropriate reviews including due diligence, supports the creation of new suppliers, and creation of contracts in collaboration with the requisitioners, category managers, and legal using an electronic purchasing system.
