Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Maintains a strong and healthy applicant pool by developing and executing activities under the Employee Referral Program
- Plans and implements lead generation initiatives to attract potential candidates
- Organizes and launches referral program promotions and activations
- Distributes promotional materials such as flyers to increase awareness and participation
- Engages employees to actively participate in referral activities and sourcing efforts
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Senior High School Graduate.
Physical Requirements
