Commodity management
Conduct demands analysis and supply market research.Support company to define commodity strategy and roadmap for “should cost” & “focus suppliers”.Lead resourcing projects in PTM, and report status to management in PCM.Control purchase prices for standard and special orders.Review commodity status with division on monthly & quarterly basis.Supplier’s management
