As a Sourcing Manager, your role is key.
On a daily basis, you will hunt for Spices and Herbs raw materials discarded by industry, mainly in Indonnesia, but also in connex countries of the region.

Using our dedicated tools and your ability to interact with new partners at fairs, networking events, factory visits, prospecting sessions, etc., you will succeed by helping industrial players valorize their leftovers and other by-products while developing large business opportunities.

Beyond strong interpersonal skills, this position requires knowledge of industrial processes, food engineering, manufacturing best practices, and natural abilities in B2B strategy.
