**Who will you be working with?**

Our best-in-class Sourcing team is dedicated to ensuring that we provide our customers with highly-engineered machinery that exceeds their expectations. Here, working in coordination with our on-site Engineering team , you will source parts from both domestic and international suppliers so we meet our commitment to producing industry leading Maintenance of Way equipment.

**How will you make a difference?**

As a member of the Sourcing team, you will be responsible for the commodity strategy including supplier management and performance. In addition, the sourcing manager will own the budget and frame agreements for the commodity. Key metrics include cost, quality and delivery to support the needs of our business. Must be able to influence and win support from senior management at our suppliers as well as management at our company.
