General Summary:
Owns a portfolio of IT sourcing initiatives, delivering measurable value across Qualcomm’s IT spend. Develops and executes category and negotiation strategies in partnership with IT, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders—balancing technology, risk, timeline and total cost. Leads the end-to-end Source-to-Contract process (RFx through award and contract execution) and drives timely supply acquisition, strong commercial terms and documented savings.
