Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates for priority roles using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, user groups, industry events, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for high demand and evergreen roles.
- Utilize Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover passive talent.
