What you’ll do:
Oversee and supervise processes and procedures within the Sort Centre daily Manage and lead a large team, ensuring performance and efficiencies are in place and are maintained daily Communicate effectively and involve team in quality improvement groups to drive efficiencies Daily financial activities required for office performance, budgets and manpower planning requirements Ensure all quality checks are carried out in line with company process and procedures Adopt a professional and courteous manner at all times when dealing with staff, customers and visitors Maintain good housekeeping in line with H&S controls Ensure all reports are emailed to relevant parties daily <...
