Responsible for managing the wine program and beverage experience at the venue. The role ensures optimal wine selection, pairing recommendations, and inventory management, while enhancing the overall guest dining experience. The Sommelier works closely with the culinary and service teams to deliver high-quality beverage service that complements the menu and maintains the restaurantβs standards of excellence.
