Key Responsibilities

• Curate and manage the lodge’s wine list to complement the culinary offering
• Advise guests on wine pairings and beverage selections
• Maintain wine stock, cellar organisation, and inventory control
• Train and support the F&B team on wine knowledge and service standards
• Ensure consistently high levels of service aligned with luxury lodge expectations
