An excellent opportunity for a Sommelier to join the team at HIDE. Hide’s wine program is led by Head Sommelier Julien Sarrasin and Director of Food & Beverage Matthew Mawtus. Boasting the largest wine list in Europe, with access to some of the finest and rarest wines available, we offer circa 100 wines by the glass across all styles, as well as four different tasting flights to accompany the pairing menu.
We have a company ethos that puts learning & development at its core. We offer training support for wine qualifications to enable our Sommeliers to improve their knowledge and skills, alongside dedicated training from the Head Sommelier.
The Management group ensure our Sommeliers and the wider restaurant team are invited to meet producers, attend tastings and have all the opportunities to develop and thrive within their Sommelier career.
