Job Description

Sommelier serves the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by administering the day-to-day operations of professional Wine service areas in the hotel.

As Wine Expert, it will be your responsibility to direct and ensure the implementation and execution of policies and procedures as they relate to wine sales. You will create new opportunities to maximize and generate extra revenue, recommend measures to control/reduce costs, and ensure that the operational budgets are strictly adhered to.

The leadership team will look to you to develop and recommend merchandising and promotional programs to maximize wine sales. Additionally you will provide training and development opportunities for all team members in your department.
