Conduct comprehensive assessments of imaging and printing environments to identify client requirements and provide tailored recommendations for both managed and transactional opportunities.
Timely submission of recommended fleet analysis and bill of materials
Effective installation and configuration of appropriate imaging, printing and applications at client site.
Respond in a timely manner on service requests (internal & external) from customers and provide break fix to OPS deployment.
Stay updated with the latest product training and industry solutions to maintain technical proficiency and deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements:
A degree holder in any computer-related course.
Solid knowledge in computer hardware/software.
Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
