Support and coordinate Recruiting (Smart Recruiters) matters such as change request and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the review, testing and implementation of the new Recruiting systems features to stay up to date on all releases and fixes.
• Maintain and manage Smart Recruiters system; serve as functional and technical expert.
• Perform system administration functions including configuration, complex report configuration, security, processing and loading bulk data.
• Proactively identify opportunities and solutions for process automation to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Recommend process improvement and innovative solutions to issues and recommend new features based on application releases.
• Provide timely and accurate advice, recommendation to stakeholders on HR Systems queries.
