Description and Requirements
Lead end-to-end delivery of TruScale solutions (infrastructure, devices, cloud-like services).Act as the main point of contact between customer and internal teams.Strong coordination within the organization between the teams viz., ISG, SSG, ISO.Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.Work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements.Provide regular updates, reports, and performance reviews.Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.Track KPIs, SLAs, and service metrics.Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders.Identify areas for improvement and optimization.Skills Required
