Overview Solutions Experience Lead, HP Singapore Customer Welcome Center – This onsite 18‑month contract position (5 days a week) is based at the Singapore Customer Welcome Center. The contract may be renewed subject to business needs and performance.
Responsibilities - Act as the technical advisor in customer briefing and agenda planning, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and solution capabilities.
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into tailored, relevant solution narratives.
- Participate in pre‑briefing preparation calls to clarify customer insights, technical needs, scope, and expectations for customer briefings.
- Lead technical tours and conduct in‑depth solutions deep‑dive during customer visits.
- Guide the Demo Lead on implementing demonstrations that reflect customer priorities and real‑world use cases.
