Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end merchant journey – from pre-sales to go-live and beyond


• Partner with Sales to design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to merchant needs


• Lead API integrations (REST, webhooks, SDKs) and get merchants live fast


• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants on performance, UX, and global payment strategies


• Solve complex technical challenges and unblock integrations quickly


• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve the platform and merchant experience


• Drive continuous optimization (conversion, auth rates, fraud, routing)


• Work closely with Product to ensure we are building for scale while solving merchant problems


• Have a product mindset – be ready to build from scratch and automate processes
