Position Overview
Job Descriptions:
- Work closely with team members to promptly handle and resolve issue
- Attend in-person client meetings. to investigate and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records
- Perform daily system health check, monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements
- Conduct monthly client meetings and present on preventive maintenance findings
- Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery
- Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
- Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly.
JobRequirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or fresh graduates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
