We seek an experienced Solution UX Lead who confidently leads and structures end-to-end UX workstreams for complex healthcare solutions in a regulated environment, effectively collaborates within interdisciplinary product, engineering, clinical, regulatory, and design teams, and brings strong expertise in UX leadership, agile delivery frameworks (including SAFe/Lean UX), and product development lifecycles, in order to ensure coherent, customer‑centric, and high‑quality user experiences across digital and hardware touchpoints while maintaining traceability, feasibility, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements throughout the development process.
