Role Purpose:

As an IC in the Merchant Engagement team, you will be responsible for driving merchant engagement and key product performance across assigned merchant portfolios through consistent virtual engagement and relationship management

THE RESPONSIBILTIES WE ENTRUST YOU WITH.

• Make outbound calls to drive revenue across West Region merchants. Manage and grow the existing portfolio of clients across Gujarat, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh from the Ahmedabad office while achieving monthly revenue targets.
• Lead new initiative propagation by introducing and convincing business owners across the West Region to adopt new offerings, ensuring faster adoption and incremental revenue generation.
