Be responsible to implement (setup, configure, troubleshoot, support) ATALINK solutions to the customers, focusing on the accounting module.
Gather customer needs via consultation, business process analysis and observations; participate in technical and functional discovery meetings with customers
Work with internal stakeholders (product development, business analysis, sales, marketing, customer services...) to clarify solutions, recommend improvements as well as to validate the newly developed features and/or fixed bugs
Provide information about new software releases and upgrades to customers
Help customers understand how to use the software effectively by providing end-user trainings and support services
Communicate with customers to answer questions about software features, configurations, and changes
Manage risks during implementation and on-going operations
