Responsibilities
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive business expansion by identifying and addressing customer business and technical needs, providing consulting and planning services, formulating solutions, overseeing delivery and implementation, and leading pre-sales POC tests. Create customer benchmark projects in industries such as the internet and new economy, develop replicable scenario-based solutions, improve sales efficiency, and collaborate with the marketing team for market promotion. Continuously refine the value proposition of the company's products and solutions by analyzing the competitive dynamics of industry products, including Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Google BigQuery. Stay attuned to evolving industry trends and customer needs, maintain strong collaboration with the product development team, and drive ongoing innovation and iteration of the company's products.
