ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a scalable, future-ready HR technology landscape for a complex ,global enterprise operating across multiple business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures. The role will define and drive a target-state HR architecture across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and fragmented HR tools, enabling a transition toward an intelligent, data-driven HR operating model. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Enterprise HR Architecture &Transformation . Define end-to-end HR solution architecture across multiple SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and manual processes. . Establish a harmonised global HR architecture while accommodating regional and legal entity differences. .
