Key Responsibilities
Design end‑to‑end technical solutions ensuring alignment with domain architecture, enterprise architecture and IT strategy.
Refine technical solution directions and dependencies drafted in Epics in coordination with Enterprise, Domain and IT Chapter Leads, leveraging his/her expertise.
Provide knowledge, vision and structure to help teams find solutions to complex IT programmes.
Guide squads to identify the best solution in line with the IT strategy and tribe needs, supporting epic and feature prioritisation.
Ensure solutions are implemented in accordance with design and standards.
Collaborate with Domain Architect and Business Chapter Leads to develop the tribe’s roadmap of assets.
