The
HealthShare Architect
is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic vision, design, and governance of the organization's Health Information Exchange (HIE) and interoperability platform, built on InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS for Health.
This individual ensures that the architecture is scalable, secure, and compliant with all healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FHIR mandates) while aligning with the broader enterprise IT strategy.

Strategic & Architectural Design
Define the technical roadmap and future state architecture for the InterSystems HealthShare platform, including deployment models (on-premise, cloud, or hybrid) and integration patterns.
Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, complex clinical data integrations and workflows using InterSystems IRIS/HealthConnect, focusing on high availability and performance.
