**ABOUT THIS POSITION**

This Manager position reports to our Director of Solution Adoption and has responsibility for leading a team of Solution Adoption Consultants who are accountable for managing the on-boarding experience for new and existing clients. The goal of the position is to ensure client satisfaction and predictable results.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

+ Partner with sales team to support acquisition of enterprise accounts

+ Deliver on-boarding experiences that lead to lifetime clients
+ Build high performing team focused on project methodology, delivering predictable, repeatable projects and revenue based on forecast
+ Develop a bench of individual performers to support our aggressive growth plans
+ Understand and support the client project success criteria and metrics
+ Conduct weekly team meetings

+ Attend to Enterprise team's emergency requests when necessary
