Advertising/Posting Title Solid Waste Recycling Specialist

Posting Summary
Collect and haul recyclable materials, refuse, organic material, and surplus property at university locations. Support work to include cleaning and light maintenance of recycle team equipment and snow removal as required, provide furniture/equipment moving services as requested. Promote a workplace that encourages safety within the shop and in the field. May input/retrieve work-related data using appropriate desktop applications. Operate University vehicle.


Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
High School Diploma and valid driver’s license and driver check required. Ability to operate and safely maneuver large trucks in congested areas required.
