This is a leading regional law firm with offices in Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire, renowned for delivering exceptional legal services and we are seeking an experienced Education Solicitor to lead and grow a new education law practice.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a specialist department, develop client relationships, and play a key role in the firm's strategic expansion.

What you'll do:
Advise on education matters, including SEND, EHCPs, exclusions and safeguarding

Support schools, academies and local authorities on governance and compliance

Develop and deliver a strategic business plan to grow the practice
About you:
Qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years' PQE in education law

Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and business-minded
