Job Description We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Solicitor to join our fast-paced Representation Team in Aberdeenshire. The Advice & Representation Teams protect the Council's interests in Courts and Tribunals and provide cohesive and proactive legal advice across all Services and to Elected Members. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across a wide variety of legal topics including Community Care, Employment, Education, Housing, Anti-Social Behaviour, Permanence and Child Protection, ensuring no two days are the same. This role has particular focus on Community Care.
