We have wide experience in the protection, enforcement and exploitation of the full gamut of IP rights, including patents, trade marks, designs, copyright, advertising, confidential information, database rights, data protection. We have appeared in all the major Court fora, particularly the Patents Court and IPEC, and including the UKIPO. We also have considerable experience in licensing arrangements and technology transfer for both commercial and academic organisations.
