A national law firm is seeking a Contract & Commercial Litigation Solicitor or FCILEx to join its busy and supportive Contract Resolution Group within the Civil Litigation Division. The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters (excluding personal injury), including:

• Contract disputes arising from the sale of goods and services


• Commercial and consumer contract claims


• Misrepresentation


• Professional negligence
