**Solderer Assembler - 1st Shift - Kearny Mesa**

**Job Description**

The role involves soldering and assembling cable and wire harness assemblies, box builds, kitting, and other products from start to finish. Cable soldering includes automated methods like wire-to-wire soldering for connectors and cable components, with occasional reflow, using both lead-free and lead-based solder paste and alloys.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read work orders and follow production documentation or sample assemblies.
+ Receive verbal instructions regarding duties.
+ Perform tasks such as labeling, wire cutting, stuffing, crimping, bagging and tagging, soldering, potting, IDC, SCSI, heat shrinking, measuring in inches (decimal form), backshelling, harnessing, harness board construction, box builds, kitting, creating wire lists, and pin extraction.
+ Assist in the Quality Management System (QMS) and commit to continuous improvement.
