This onsite position supports the end-to-end assembly of printed circuit cards in a production environment. The role includes soldering, mechanical assembly, inspection, testing, traceability, and continuous improvement activities while maintaining quality, reliability, and safety standards.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED


• 2+ years of experience in soldering and mechanical assembly of circuit cards in military, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing


• Proficiency with hand soldering, wave soldering, and reflow equipment


• Experience applying solder paste, flux, and alloys according to engineering drawings and IPC standards
