Duties and Responsibilities

• Push work as scheduled.
• Coordinate no. of manpower, materials, plant, and equipment required for the works.
• Supervise sub-contractors with their respective task assigned.
• Assess project accomplishments.
• Assess sub-contractor billings on accomplishments.
• Follow-up drawings, and shop-working drawings required for the works.
• Promote safety and harmonious relationship at work.
• Disseminate instructions clearly to sub-contractors for the days targets of completion.
• Collate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from sub-contractors.
• Coordinate closely with client counterpart on work schedule and accomplishment on site.
• Resolve issues on site in coordination with and approval from the Project Manager and/or Head of Operations.
