Solar PV Maintenance Technician

Location: Midlands / South Midlands (ideally based between Ampthill and Coventry/Leamington Spa)

We are seeking an experienced Solar PV Maintenance Technician to join a UK-based specialist in commercial solar operations and maintenance. You will work on a variety of rooftop and ground‑mounted solar PV systems across the UK, supporting system performance, safety, and reliability. This is a field‑based role with regular travel and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on solar PV systems
• Diagnose and rectify faults on PV modules, inverters, DC/AC cabling, and associated equipment
• Undertake electrical testing, inspections, and performance assessments
